Disciple Now
What is DiscipleNow?
DNOW is a weekend retreat that takes place in-town. Students will be assigned to Host Homes (members of CrossBridge) where they will be staying during the weekend. Each host home is assigned an adult Life Group Leader who will be leading the Bible studies for that particular group. DiscipleNow is a focused time of Bible study that help focus students on taking their “next step” in their relationship with God. DNOW also provides great opportunities for worship, recreation, hanging out with friends, lots of food, and fun.

When do I find out where I'm going to be for the weekend?
On Thursday, February 12, at 7 p.m. we will have our DNOW family night at Thousand Oak Baptist Church. We will be giving you all the information you need to know about the big weekend including the schedule, where you will be staying, what to bring, rules and more. You will also be getting your T-shirt. It’s important to be at the meeting if you’re going to DNOW. The rally will be finished by 9:00p.m. Family night is for both parents & students.
What will students need to bring?
Bible, pen, sleeping bag, pillow, towel, toiletries, clothes for the weekend, snacks and drinks
Who will be transporting our students back and forth to the church?
We have adult volunteers from our church that will assist in providing transportation throughout the weekend as well as our host homes. Students who bring their vehicles to their host homes may drive their own vehicles but cannot have other students ride with them. We still need volunteers if there any adults who would be willing to help provide transportation.
